When I ordered the cartridges, the ink was not yet used up. When I installed the black cartridge it worked great. I'm not sure when I installed it. Today the printer kept saying something was wrong with the cartridges. Well printed. I thought maybe the paint was empty so I replaced it. It did not work. I have tried everything that has been said to resolve the issue. I cleaned the contacts with an eraser. The black worked, but the color didn't. I put the original HP back in and it worked. Now I'm stuck on a full color cartridge. The return period has of course already expired. Sad situation where you can't use it until the original runs out of ink to find out the replacement doesn't work. Wouldn't order again.
