I wear it on the right hand that I write with, and because I frequently touch the bracelet and cause it to come undone while I'm working, I treat it with another strap (either a metal or Velcro bracelet). Has pros: Gorgeous screen. Very high levels of functionality. Maintains a charge adequately (not for a week but for a couple of days even when subjected to frequent loading and full monitoring mode). Perfect for use in athletics. Some cons: The only item that comes as a surprise is the lack of an activity that would count toward a sport load, such as swimming in open water.
