Dead on Arrival

Didn't work right away. I'll be brief. In my opinion, the product may have a defect and break in a short time. But the fact that it is 100% dead shows that there is absolutely no guarantee of the quality of the process. So I would guess any warranty or follow up would be just as bad. Bought another brand from Revain and all is good.
