These lights are as described but I had some difficulty dimming them to the point where they were almost invisible. I think that's a bad contact because a few clicks turn them back on. Also, these lights are quite an ice blue color with wires that can be easily manipulated into any shape you want. The remote control was a nice addition and using the remote control or the on/off button on the battery compartment you can toggle between eight different timings such as fade in, flash, track, pause etc. There are several clips in the battery box that make it easy to open and close, BUT it takes six double-A batteries and can make it a little cumbersome and large to lug around. By chance I found that only three batteries can easily power the light, but the battery compartment is still large.
