I'm 5'10 and about 160. I usually run a marathon a year. I've been wearing kinvaras for a while. I really like these sneakers. to Kinvara 3, but that's great as the shoe seems to come into its own after about a hundred miles. I normally do about 250 miles on older Kinvaras, but with 5 seconds I'm approaching 400. I'm a bit of a heal striker and I would get more miles from 5 if it wasn't for the fact that the rear outside heals are first what to do on Kinvaras. I'm sure I'll recycle them before I ever get to the bottom of them. The toe box is oddly a bit wider than the previous Kinvara. This space may feel a little "airy" at first, especially with the added "spongy" jump, but it builds pitch and speed. I can't understand why anyone would wear heavier shoes when modern technology makes it possible to make such wonderful lightweight shoes affordable. o Cons, with the exception of the inexplicably wider toe box. Love her!
