I use a cell phone and computer a lot. I suffer terribly from neck pain. I feel a lot better every time after using the massager for 15 minutes. It is wireless and has a separate remote control. It is very mobile and portable. It's really comfortable and soft. It can warm up right around my neck. The feeling of warmth is really pleasant. The battery life is really amazing. I charge once every 4 weeks or so. It would be better if the remote control had a screen and could display the current level and mode.
