This is a replacement for an 18 year old hand mixer that died on me last weekend. It arrived today and was used immediately. It has been used to make smoothies for lunch and to mix cornmeal into cornbread. The Koios Immersion 4-in-1 Hand Blender was absolutely effective in making both products. I was impressed by how quiet and light the Koios is. It also blends much faster than my old hand blender. It is definitely worth its price.
