It's good. Other reviewers who gave it poor ratings couldn't form that opinion correctly. No, it does not come with instructions and if you read the details it will let you know. The dustproof top IS NOT ON THE TOP of the bunk under the top mattress. It runs bottom in and you tie it there, so other reviewers don't like it. Then when you tie the rope, you need to go back and tie it tighter after hanging the curtains. I also tied it in the middle so it doesn't go all the way through. I also did some homework because I won't be using the side curtains as moveable curtains, I attached them to the sides and used extra hooks for the front to keep it from sagging and I cut holes for it. Overall this is a good buy and at a great price.
