Not sure what the problem is for others.
Simple to install, they even provide videos, follow it. Turn the unit on, even USB charging is decently fast. Solidly built unit as well, and it does not get "hot" as some mentioned. I've gotten 2 products now from these guys, both solid will buy again.
- Can actually plug in six 'today-sized' plugs!
- May not prevent electrical shocks
