Full disclosure. We bought the one we bought previously. The deck was still wrapped in plastic and care had to be taken as the plastic was under the trucks. The trucks were dusty and dangerously loose. This isn't a problem as you have to walk the board before you ride. Tightening the hub nut solved this problem but introduced new problems such as: without leaning to one side or the other. actually drift. Strange. The wheels didn't turn very freely either, although the nuts on the trucks were adjusted in various ways. The fittings are not standard size and the screws are inserted at an angle. We got lucky with another entry-level board manufacturer that starts with an M. The deck is 9-ply, which is also not standard. It may be rough, but we never got that far. Ours wasn't good for driving.
