Package arrived on time. I opened the package the day I needed the balloons and found about 4 or 5 regular balloons had holes and were unusable. The numbers on the slide were fine. Haven't needed all the regular balloons and haven't had to use foil stars yet, so holes in some balloons weren't a problem for my party (although I'm a little disappointed with the money). The downside of the tape is that it was quite flimsy and torn easily. I used it anyway as I didn't have much time and the tape didn't cause any major problems, although initially I was concerned that the tape would tear. In general, the balloons I used worked very well. The colors were as advertised and the size of the foil balloons was great (big and looked great). My only recommendations: don't expect all balloons to be usable (although foil balloons are fine) and you may want to have your own ribbon. to link them).
