Product works well. Holds my curls well enough. Makes a typical gel and leaves the hair a little crunchy. Two stars deducted due to the way the product arrived. I think they have some manufacturing issues. The Amazon box was in perfect condition but the product itself was not sealed properly. The gel has leaked out of the seal. The gel appears to permeate the applied paper seal. So I lost quite a bit of product and it took me a while to get it clean again. It was hard to show how much gel was actually on the outside, but I've included photos for reference. Another star was lost because they wrote to see how I liked the product and I let them know how it was received but I received no reply. . This is bad customer service. For the price I don't have to worry about the gel leaking out before it gets to me. Unless this issue is resolved I will definitely not be ordering again.
