Not recommended. I'm not a big fan of dry run anchors and would rather connect to bolts every time, but I recently bought a flat with metal bolts and while drilling isn't a problem there can be live wires behind them so I decided to use those Guys to pass a 10-15 pound dry erase glass board. They are very simple and curl up in drywall so their anchoring ability is nil. There are many others out there, much better is finding one that will hug the wall when you screw in. This is the best way.
