I have spinal stenosis and have been in pain for years. This product literally changed my life. No bad taste and just exceptional results. I recommended it to my aging mother and it helped her a lot. I recommend this product to anyone suffering from pain. Update September 8, 2017: I have shared this product with friends and family. I recently heard from my dearest friend that it also helps with her spine. She also helps her husband with his pain.
