During the eight winter seasons that I rode a continental with spikes, there was never a concern about my ability to handle the horse or navigate cross-country terrain. The only thing that kept me riding with spikes was the urge to hurry up spring and get rid of my noisy and cumbersome sneakers. When you've had these Velcro joys, there are no boundaries left. Auto CR-V. Everyone who has crossovers should consider switching from spikes to Velcro in my opinion. This winter has already seen every type of precipitation that can occur during the season, including sleet, frost without snow, frost with snow, and ice. Everything is going swimmingly!
