I love how easy it was for homeowners in our community management program, we were able solve many problems as far cleaning scheduling goes along payment collection through Airbnb's platform which made things very smooth! It would be nice if we could have more control over what dates are automatically booked - when you're managing multiple homes at once this can become an issue otherwise having all your clients' houses show up under one profile makes everything so much easier!! We've been using automation of booking tasks since 2015 but never had issues until now. The ability has come out from no where (we used google calendar) there isn't any other service or software like automatenb yet available it really helps us keep track of who cleans/books guests etc., The best feature of this tool for me was its ability to send out reminders, which saved time in my day as well! I wish there were more filters available when searching through listings (i'm looking at you Airbnb!). It's hard sometimes finding what exactly it needs from an owner/host if they're not very clear about how things work or aren't willing share certain information - but overall great experience so far using ABNAMATEBNB!!
