Review on FileControl by Sherwin Smith

I like all of what they do, but some parts are more helpful than others depending where you're at within your case management process flow. The system is very user friendly for new users as well older ones who have been using filecontrol products from previous positions or firms since 2000's! Nothing really to dislike other then it would be great if there were additional updates made so changes could take place easier with out needing upgrades which can get costly after 1 year when we need an update because everyone has upgraded their hardware/software requirements - this isn't always possible. It just makes life easer by letting us use newer OS versions such as Windows 10 etc., Also being able work off my phone while sitting anywhere helps me keep focused rather having everything around. File Control is very user friendly, easy to use and has lots of features. It's also very flexible, you can do almost anything with it. I would like to see more training for the support team. We used File Control for our Case Tracking needs. The benefits were realized immediately after implementing. The benefits are many and include being able to track cases from start to finish.
