I bought this monitor in April and it was delivered promptly. I applied for the discount the same day it arrived. On September 1st I remembered that I had not received the discount. I called the phone number listed on the records and complained. They said it was no problem and they would give me a discount and that I would receive it within a week. I just received a discount yesterday 9/21. BTW, it was a Visa gift card that needed activation so now they have my phone number and are getting spam calls. If I hadn't called to complain I would never have gotten my discount! Very bad attitude towards their customers, ASUS!
