I've been looking for a suitable mop and I think I've found it. Well thought out, well made product. I would give it a 5 if it weren't for the mop snap issue (see below). I also had a problem with the delivery of the product, is there a second one on the way?, very frustrating. Pros - Perfect size for a small space. Great if you're looking for a small, compact bucket system. Great design for use and how it heats up for storage. Cons: If you have large spaces you can empty and refill them more often than necessary, good little compact buckets. Pros: Two buckets, one for clean water, one for dirty water, work great. Minus - not the easiest way to position the mop for washing or spinning, at some point you have to use your hands, it took a little getting used to. - Perfect for the area I need to clean. I love the design and the quality of the product. Let's see how it holds up while I use it.
