I cook a lot, sometimes I have a jar of pumpkin or other food that needs to be stored. Instead of containers, I use a small jar. These kids are great. You will receive 2 different sizes along with seals to keep them sealed. They come in a variety of colors (I kinda like that) and are easy to open. My favorite thing to do is take a piece of tape with a marker and write the item number and date on the lid. I made some queso recently and kept it in 2 small jars and used 2 of them. They were in the fridge with no problems. I'm not sure if they can be used in the freezer, I've never thought about it, to be honest I know you should use straight sided jars, not the tipped ones. (where they curve up) when frozen. They are easy to clean, just remove the seal, soak and rub the lid well and rinse well. I usually wipe the seals off immediately with a clean towel and put them back in the container. Trust me this will help you not lose it. Give it a try and see what you think, I had no issues with the leak. You work like a champ! Worth every dollar!
