but this is a great product. Everything is natural. I love Herbalife but this one is more natural with fewer ingredients. Cheaper. I don't need gluten or specific seeds and it just does. The powder is very light and also smells disgusting at first (I don't care about stevia) and the taste is very strong. However, if you follow the recipes provided on the site, you will really grow on it and feel full. .some of them are even hard to finish. Try to find the ones you like. Some of them are even surprisingly good! I use allergen free Herbalife for breakfast because it's sweeter and sun warrior recipes for lunch because I feel really full!
