Very nice platform with many features!

I like that it is easy to use, has many features, allows me to manage my customer database in real time with all their details. It is very user friendly! The system also provides me with an excellent overview of what needs to be done next, as well as keeping track of who did what. There are some things which could improve this software but nothing majorly so. For example adding more templates or allowing users to create there own templates would help make the website look much better too. As mentioned above we have used optimistics to keep our customers up-to-date about any changes they may need to do to complete there service contracts. We also use it to send out invoices to our clients. Optimatics is a great platform to manage all of your service requests, from quoting, to the completion of the work. It is a great platform to use with customers and can be customized to suit your needs. The integration with third party software is a great feature. The cost of the platform can be quite high, however, the benefits are great. We have been able to manage our service requests, and the customer service side of things very well with Optimatics.
