Excellent Customer Support for B2B Software

The customer support is excellent, they are always willing to help you out with any question that comes up during your project implementation phase or even after it's been implemented! They have helped us in so many ways - from initial consulting through post-implementation assistance & training/support services as well as ongoing maintenance of our system (which we previously had no access). There really isn't anything I dislike about them at this point other than perhaps not having more…

Pros
  • Their ability for me personally was easy accessibility when needed which made things much easier especially given my schedule being very busy most days due work demands; also available by phone if need be whenever issues arose unexpectedly without needing long hold times just like what one might experience while calling UBER drivers :)
Cons
  • No real downsides come immediately top mind

Very nice platform with many features!

I like that it is easy to use, has many features, allows me to manage my customer database in real time with all their details. It is very user friendly! The system also provides me with an excellent overview of what needs to be done next, as well as keeping track of who did what. There are some things which could improve this software but nothing majorly so. For example adding more templates or allowing users to create there own templates would help make the website look much better too. As…

Useful for Accounting and Tax Services

The best thing about optimistics is that it has all your service companies in one place, which makes life easier when you need to do maintenance or billing services with them! It also allows us so many other things like tracking leads from our website through their system as well - very useful feature especially if we are looking at new accounts coming into business (which happens quite often).
