Returned goods received not properly packaged!
The mattress topper box contains step-by-step instructions on how to unpack the mattress topper so that the memory foam rises properly. The box indicates the topper is rolled up and vacuum packed. The topper we received was not vacuum packed. It was folded in four and placed loosely in a large clear plastic bag. Due to the way it was packaged and previously opened, the memory foam builds up in a tight peak in the middle of the topper and doesn't rise at all elsewhere. We are very disappointed!
