I started running 5 miles 4 days a week a few weeks ago. I noticed that carrying a water bottle was difficult. My husband had a water backpack in the army so I was looking for one to use. I found this one, ordered it and started using it right away. I LIKE THIS! I've noticed that my walks are a little faster because I don't have to open a bottle. It doesn't seem to slow you down, but it really does. I also like that it has a pocket to carry other things I need (like phone, charger, headsets etc. so I don't have to carry them in my hand. Love it so much). encouraged my mom to buy one and she did!
