Can't comment on durability yet, but these pillows seem excellent. Almost as comfortable as my $300+ David Clarke standard gel pads. I bought these to upgrade a couple of used headsets I have. I can say they reliably fit my DC H10-13.4, DC H10-76, DC H10-40, Softcomm C-40 and Telex Echelon 100. Based on my experience and the list published by the manufacturer, I can bet they will fit most passive headsets. Plus, for $16, you can really rejuvenate your aviation headset. Some people complained about the difficulty installing them, but that's the whole point. Not only do they actually slip, but they don't slip off immediately either. I think they fit exactly as I had hoped.
