Review on 🔦 H4 ECE High/Low Beam Halogen Conversion Headlamp Kit - HELLA 002395801 Vision Plus 165mm, 12V by Jeremiah Vishwasrao

I'm not sure when the transition happened but they are no longer made in Germany but in Romania and it shows. I opened the box only to see silicone fingerprints on the outside of the lens and excess silicone that had seeped from the edge of the lens where it met the body from overapplying during assembly. Not impressed, but still. No big deal, right? I go to install it, turn it on and see orange fingerprints from oil streaming through the light and what appeared to be excessive blur on the lenses. I wipe both lenses and look again. It's still there. Why is he still there? It's in the lenses. There are really bad greasy fingerprints/smudges on both internal lenses. Do you mean that seriously? It actually looks like crap with the lights on and on the brink of embarrassment. Yes, no one will notice if you drive at night. But when you stop in a parking lot or anywhere else, it's very noticeable. This is bad enough that I think it affects light output as well. All I can say is thank goodness these aren't for my personal car because I'd give them back in a heartbeat. I'll try to remember to take a picture of them with the lights on.
