Everything went together well and was well packed with everything being wrapped to help protect it from damage during shipping. My 12 year old niece told me she loves putting things together and tried to assemble this herself. She didn’t get past one part before she gave up. I was able to assemble it in about an hour. The instructions are not very clear at all. I left out steps and had parts left over and had to go back and figure out where they went. The wagon comes in this big box and the parts seem well packaged, wrapped so they don't rub against each other. But then you look at the instructions and shake your head. Now I'm an engineer, so I understand exploded views for putting things together, but they expect you to rely solely on exploded views to put this thing together, rather than having traditional instructions for the masses to go step-by-step on how to put something together. It is constructed of heavy gage metal and powder coated evenly. The fold down side and end rails make it easy to load heavy items and items wider than the wagon. I have assembled more things than I can count in a lifetime. IKEA is no big deal. But this! This was most definitely in the top 5 of most unclear and confusing instructions ever! When I opened the box there were some "random” loose washers in it. 3 of 1 size and 1 smaller. Turns out they were all supposed to be the same size and used on the wheels. Absolutely love it. Came in handy immediately for moving stones around the yard. Very easy to dumb. Took a few hits which bent the sides a little bit but still 100% working order. No way I could have completed my projects without this. Took me about an hour to put together by myself.

Overall a very sturdy product. Big off-road tires and collapsible sides are helpful. It was missing fasteners and after emails back forth from Super Handy still waiting to hear if they will send said parts. I ended going to the hardware store and picking up the fasteners so I could use the product which is disappointing.

This wagon is build pretty durable and feels well made. It was very easy to put together and I have not had any issues. The paint is thick and it feels like this will last a while.

My adult son assembled our SuperHandy Wagon Utility Cart Hand Truck tonight. Upon opening the box, the first thing he discovered was the blister pack that was supposed to hold the parts, but there was only ONE piece actually in the plastic shapes that were to hold them in place. Very difficult to assemble. (Does not come with the tools needed, as does most anything else that requires self assembly)Besides that it's s nice lil cart.

Found out while assembling the wagon that the yoke for the handle is drilled incorrectly. The holes that are drilled in the arm of the yoke requiring two holes had only one and is the wrong size holes. The arm that needs one hole has two holes and they are too small. Quality control missed this one!

Update: I finally got what I needed to out this togeather( gotta love slow mail). This thing works wonderfully. It super sturdy and easy to assemble. Customer service is amazing and replied very quickly. Even with the unfortunate circumstances I would 100% recommend this again.Unfortunately I cannot properly review this as I am missing half the needed nuts and such to assemble and am missing the steering link. It seems like its been repackaged as the insert that holds the parts was already cut…

Instructions not clear. If your not mechanically inclined I’d pass on this. There’s some common sense requirements not in the instructions. But all the parts were there and marked well. I’d buy it again.

Wagon is very well made. The directions are very confusing. I ended up just putting it together with out them. Kids love it.
