Packaged nicely, arrived in good condition.The directions for assembly are crazy but it’s doable. My advice is to read the three sections over completely before you start. I had two nuts and washers left over so I’m hoping that’s standard.I did have a side panel that I’m concerned about. The pad that latches onto the wagon base with the pin was only soldered at one point on the panel. You can see in the images. I emailed customer service, and have yet to hear back. I don’t imagine with use that, that panel is going to stay attached.I’ve been using it to carry 5lb buckets of compost to my garden and loads of rock as we redo our landscaping and it’s been working great. I think for the price it’s a pretty decent wagon.
