The lens exceeded my expectations. It causes very pleasant tactile sensations :) And it is very convenient to use. For a small price, I got a very reliable thing with which I raised the level of the quality of my video work. If samyang has all lenses of this quality, then this is the best budget choice for dslr videographer fixes. Has pros: Quality materials and assembly. Excellent optical performance even wide open. Wonderful rounded bokeh due to 8 petals. There are aberrations, of course, but they are not large and for video they are not as significant as for photos. I often shoot at T1.5 and don't worry. Convenient toothed aperture and focus rings. The hood sits too well :) Has some cons There is no moisture protection. And the rest is nothing to complain about. Although I did not look for flaws in it, I think that after 2 months of regular work with this lens, they would have made themselves felt.
