I have ordered 3 dark blue photo albums. Came individually wrapped in cellophane. The description didn't state that the albums would have a clear heavy vinyl book cover, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that they came with a protective outer sleeve. The album cover appearance is the same as the picture and it feels solid and durable. The photo pages are easy to use. I like that there is space to mark or write details about each picture; This makes it a much better way of looking at photos than taking them out of your sleeve to see if there's any detail written on the back. Another advantage of this photo album is that the photos are protected as the photos can only be inserted into the pocket/sleeve from the inside (towards the cover); this prevents photos from slipping out of the album and getting lost. The only weakness I noticed in the construction of the album is that the front cover is glued to the first page in roll binding and the last page. glued to the back (see photo). These two pages are where the cover is attached to the album, and while these two pages are a bit thicker than the photo pages, they seem to be the first to tear and detach from the binding if I forget to grab the cover. album care.
