I loved the finish and quality, but I spent a heck of a lot of time fitting the bars between the roof rack rails. For each side I had to remove the roof rack end caps, loosen but not loosen the two large mounting screws at an angle, then move the crossbars in the channels to the right places and finally tighten the mounting screws, etc. ● You can also drill new holes for end cap screws, after you have determined the correct span. The item had to be compatible with my 2010 Lexus RX450H. I'm not sure if RX350 owners have the same problem.
