I love that my voicemail greeting is customized for each person to make them feel like they are talking directly through me which increases their trust/confidence in us as an organization! It's been only about 3-4 months since we implemented this system but so far things have gone smoothly & our feedback has exceeded expectations from clients (& other employees). We're currently running 2 systems (outbound calling program) at once using both vickys - one being "our" virtual receptionist where users can see who answers when placing out a callback request or what shows up if it goes unanswered after 10 minutes of waiting / etc., then another set just allowing incoming requests without seeing any details regarding caller information outside how long someone waited before getting called back /etc.). Our current setup allows everyone access via email address while also providing options such as fax receipt numbers too all within 1 platform through either website form fields OR text messaging field depending upon preference per user profile.
