This BioEnzyme toothpaste (by White Glo) comes in a 5.2 ounce flip-top tube delivered. I uncapped to remove the inner seal and then put the cap back on. This toothpaste is a transparent color gel. The gel is thick. The thicker the gel I put on my toothbrush, the more foam I get when I brush my teeth. When I brush my teeth there is a mild fruity taste. I love having fluoride in the ingredient as it helps my teeth maintain their enamel and not erode the enamel faster than it should. It helps my teeth not to be too sensitive, making it easier to eat cold food or cold drinks. In the 2-3 weeks that I have been using this toothpaste (twice a day) I have not noticed any noticeable whitening of my teeth. stained teeth; but that doesn't mean it doesn't whiten my teeth at least a little. I often use an enamel-protecting whitening toothpaste (either this brand or another brand) immediately after drinking coffee to keep the stains on my teeth from getting worse over time than my natural teeth should. I find that over time a whitening toothpaste like this White Glo product helps keep my teeth from staining as much. Since using the toothpaste I have had no side effects. Finally, the kit includes a toothbrush with moderately soft bristles.
