Based on our own experience, the Charme Princesse Cartridges Professional Eyeliner does not meet our beauty standards. It claims to create sharp, precise lines, but in reality, it smudges and smears even with the lightest touch. The cartridges are difficult to install, and the applicator tip is too thick, making it hard to use on delicate areas. The only positive aspect is that the color is rich and long-lasting. Overall, this eyeliner fails to deliver on its promises and is not worth the investment.
