Cheap plastic in aftermarket parts
The only spark plug I've ever literally smashed while installing. Remember this was done professionally. It wasn't over tightened or anything, when it was unscrewed it was in the smells which is terribly concerning considering there will be disaster if any of the plastic gets into the engine.
