very dim in a child's room

Not sure what I was expecting but my expectations were not met when I received this. I think I was expecting a certain level of quality, but it's paper thin and is probably held in place by a small spring. Anyway, it works and has become a toy basket for children. But I'm not very happy with it. It was inexpensive and has a decent pattern, so it will survive as a toy basket for now.
