Review on Permatex 51813 6PK Anaerobic Gasket Maker by Junrey Jewel

Hey look, Permatex! Do what he has to do. I prefer to overspend and go anaerobic when my FSM requires it. Has never let me down, at least when I installed it, can't say the same of a mechanic who didn't clean surfaces when I paid him to do the job. Updated 4/7/21. This works great (original review 2014). Used on Jeep 4.0 Inline 6 Rear Main Oil Seal. After the first check still no problems. Also, this is the correct anaerobic seal for mk6 gti 2.0t cam belt/cradle (valve cover). Don't use Permatex 51531. Use 51813. I see people recommending the wrong type for the job. 51531 cannot be used on aluminium.
