Super small

I ordered these for my regular height 7 year old son, thinking he could live with them for a few years when he grows up. The sizing in the description says "Winter fleece gloves are suitable for a child aged 8 to 12" but they barely fit him. Otherwise these are good gloves. Maybe they sent me the wrong size? UPDATE: The seller contacted me and refunded my money! Totally unexpected and appreciated.
