Ordered a 2x. I'm 6'2", Native American, and lift weights, so I really need the room for my chest & shoulders. I have a a lab coat in XL that fits me perfectly, but I saw these run small, so I ordered a size up as recommended. When I received my item, it fit great around my torso, but bunched up in the shoulders like a woman's blazer from the 80's. The sleeves were so short than any motion other than standing still would cause the sleeves to slide halfway to my elbow. Obviously, I tried to return it.The item arrived in cheap, thin, plastic packaging, which arrived inside of a cheap plastic mailer. So, naturally, the seller informed me that in order to receive a refund for the item, not only would I need to return it within 30 days of the day *they* sent the item out, I would need to return it in *all* of the original packaging, with all of the original tags still attached, folded in the manner in which they had the item folded, inside of a box, and also pay for my own postage on the item. If these criterial were not met to *their* expectations, then I would be subject to a 20% restocking fee. To clarify, that means I would need to spend between 2 and 6 dollars, depending on whether I had the necessary packaging, or whether they felt like charging a fee (because they could always claim it was folded improperly).Absolutely ridiculous. If you're comparing this item to the similar $24 consultation jacket from another seller on here, I recommend getting the quality item, as you're guaranteed grief if you have any issues with the items ordered from "Apparel Xpert."
