The system works great and is easy to set up. However, trying to force multiple users to view cameras is frustrating. I've tried contacting support multiple times but it never worked. My saance system had great customer service. still no response from customer support. Now one of the cameras gets stuck on black and white night vision and doesn't switch to day color. What a joke of the system and the company: the support team has responded and tried to fix the problem. I will update once it is confirmed
