I love this product. It works right off the disc, so you don't need to install any software. It was so easy to clone my drive. You plug in the target drive, run the program and it works. I would give 5 stars but the connection cable is very, very short. My USB ports are at the top of my desktop, so I had to hang the drive on the side when cloning. Other than that, it's great.
