I bake gluten free bread and need a bakeware that is larger than a mini pan but smaller than a regular loaf pan. I was hoping they would work for me. After reading a few reviews of sticking pans, I decided to spend a few extra dollars and buy two separate pans. I spent quite a bit of time just removing the bead of glue that secured the label to the inside of each pan. Then try to remove the UCP label from the bottom of each pan for about another 15 minutes. Goof Off took a long time too. This company uses very good glue. The result of baking did not suit me. Even when cooking in the pan, my bread didn't stick well. This has never happened to my Chicago Metallic pans. My bread didn't seem to bake evenly. I will no longer use these pans.
