Pay a little more for the best US part

Item arrived quickly and looked great. Then I noticed that 3 of the 4 bolts were the wrong way around. Reinstall them and put the part on to find the clearance was wrong and the fan pulley was touching the crank pulley. Had to install shims under the flange to get the clearance correct
