I bought this to store cereal in my cupboards. We moved to a house that didn't have any cereal boxes at all so I ordered these since it was shorter and I was looking at the ounce and they were even larger than 16 ounces which is the normal cereal box size. arrived so i go and wash it (it was covered in dirt and stuff) and i dry it and i put my cereal in it and it doesn't fit. It's even 12 ounces, not the 16 I usually get. I've seen this brand advertise on their Instagram and website that you can use it specifically for dry cereal and that particular size so I'm very confused to say the least. Keep in mind that the measurements may not be what you expect. Maybe I was wrong but I figured ounces are the same everywhere.
