The light stopped working 17 months after purchase...

The lamp fits perfectly into our new interior. I liked the quiet running of the fan. Very disappointed that the LED started flickering and then stopped working after only 17 months. This is not a standard flashlight, I cannot find a replacement. I don't see any way to contact the manufacturer. I would like Andersonlight to respond to this review. The user manual says to contact them via email, but their manual does not have an email address. I need to replace the lamp that is attached to the fan. This is our main light source in the kitchen.
