Purchased as part of a bridesmaid outfit. There were five of us who bought them and they all looked a little lighter or darker in comparison to each other. The photos don't show much, so we still wore them during the ceremony. The bride ordered the white version and it had a different texture. Also, due to the different widths of the shoulders, not all of the garments sat on the same spot on the shoulders. Those of us with broad shoulders couldn't attach it with Velcro, but instead used the included brooch. Overall they were beautiful and served us well, but weren't as consistent as we expected. If small differences in color, texture, or fit bother you, I suggest something more manipulative, like pashmina.
