I installed the software as described in the manual. I installed the board and it works great! If you're having trouble getting Firefox to work after installing the board, simply download and reinstall Firefox. I did that and now I can browse the web using Firefox and Internet Explorer. My favorite browser is Firefox. All parts were in the box. If you follow the directions in the book, you shouldn't have any trouble getting this map to work for you. Install the drivers before installing the card.
