This works exactly as advertised and after 3 refills we've had no problems with it. The dispenser fits the branded bottle we use - it doesn't screw on, it sits on top and works just as well. It's a bit slower than Fill, but works at a reasonable speed. It doesn't take long for the savings on individual water bottles to pay off. New users should be aware that you have to press the button twice, once to start the water flow and again to stop it - it doesn't stop. runs when you let go, like a drinking fountain.
