Even with cold water and line drying I had a problem with these compression stockings shrinking. I originally ordered a medium size in 3 pairs. I liked them and ordered 3 more, a few weeks later I ordered 3 more. So I had 12 medium size pairs. Not immediately, but after several months of washing, they fit from heel to toe, making the toes very "pinched" in the shoe. My toes were really shrinking, making me feel like I was wearing a smaller shoe size. Good. So I changed the next few pairs to order a large size. I wear women's shoes in size 8.5-9. When first shipped, the plus size had about 2 inches more on the toes. I felt great. Lots of freedom of movement. I've been washing these large compression socks in cold water and hanging to dry (never tumble dry) for about a month now. Many of them still compress a lot more than expected, making toes uncomfortable in many cases. Also, the company always includes a coupon worth at least $3 with every order. It says scan the QR code to save on your next order. I've never had discounts and I don't know how it works. I emailed the company and THEY RESPECTED THAT I AM A SOCKS WHOLESALER. I just gave up. But I have 12 pairs of previously worn medium HLTPRO socks in different colors. If you want I can send them to you for shipping cost only.
